The art & therapeutic qualities of striptease & lap dance

This workshop isn’t about being sexy for someone, it emphasizes an embodied approach to the art of seduction. It invites participants to engage deeply and somatically as your dance seduces not only you, but the other into a profound depth of presence & connection.

You'll learn how to move from insecurity or seeking validation as you offer yourself to another, to your dance becoming a conduit of the sensuous, alive, fecund & connected source of eros. Through Maanee's guidance, participants will explore how to harness the power of seduction to bring about a profound presence in others.

We will explore nervous system regulation practices to feel safe to drop into the body, an exploration into somatic erotic touch, lap dance as a moving meditation and a final performance offering at the end.
